In cases where skin elasticity is good and sagging is minimal, liposuction or laserassisted liposuction works well and provides advantages with aspects such as rapid healing without scars. However, especially in patients who have been evaluated after intensive weight loss, not only these techniques are sufficient, but stretching operations are required to restore the sagging area.

The operations depending on the technique to be applied and the weight of the deformity, but they last between 1.5 - 2.5 hours. The patient is discharged on the same day or the next day after the operation in the normal process.

How does the postoperative process work?

For heavy exercise or arm use, it is necessary to wait an average of one month after surgery. The patient can return to normal social and work life at the end of the 2 weeks unless otherwise developed. Possible complications include bleeding, infection, wound healing disorders at an early stage. In the late period, enlargement or salience on the operation trail, contour disorders may be encountered. In these cases, additional surgical interventions may be applied.
